Message longer wheelbase makes it easier to drive, but lighter makes it brake better, handle better, and go better (with equal hp).

for the longer wheelbase comment... '88-'91 Civics have longer wheelbases than '88-'91 CRXs. which is faster around a road course (CRXs, if you didn't know). So, longer wheelbase doesn't always mean BETTER.


My recommendation, race the car you can afford stuffing in a wall and not be out A LOT of money. Balling up a $20K car or a $5K car... hmmm :)
